3. Delivery Timeline

Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary based on courier availability and location-specific conditions.
4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on selected products or minimum order value (as mentioned on product pages).

For all other orders, standard shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

6. Failed Delivery / Reattempts

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If undelivered, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Customers must ensure accurate delivery information and availability to avoid RTO (Return to Origin).
7. Damaged or Open Packages
If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered, please:

8. Change of Address
You may request a shipping address change within 12 hours of placing the order.
After shipping, we cannot change the delivery address.
