Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Gtkart9.com, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience to all our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • If eligible, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

b. After Shipment:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may opt for a return or replacement as per our Return Policy after receiving the item.

2. Return and Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product not working on first use

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories to be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • If your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (used via Razorpay).

  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer (you will be required to share your details securely with us).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the product is returned in used or damaged condition

  • If the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor scratches or color variation due to screen/monitor differences
